About Z.Elliott

I’m Z. Elliott, a passionate writer and poet who captures the raw essence of love, grief, and self-discovery through words. My journey as a storyteller began with journaling throughout my formative years where I filled out notebooks with reflections on friendship, romance, and heartbreak. Over time, those entries grew into poetry and prose, allowing me to give voice to my emotions and experiences.

In 2019, inspired by the rise of internet poets, I began sharing my work on social media to express myself and connect with others. Through the instagram community I have been lucky enough to meet some incredible people. My creativity extends beyond writing; I love exploring both digital and physical art forms, crafting pieces that reflect the complexities of the human experience. By 2023, I published my first poetry collection, Sweet Sting featuring illustrations by Pragya Sinha.

In 2024, I founded cozy ink press, a community-driven space dedicated to showcasing and supporting contemporary writers with a mission to foster collaboration, creativity, and growth. cozy ink press offers writers opportunities to share their voices and thrive and I am happy to announce that we released two poetry anthologies this year, Musing Around at Midnight and Poets: Straight from the Notes App.

I believe in the power of words and art to bring people together and spark meaningful connections. Through my work and the growing cozy ink press community, I hope to inspire others to embrace their creativity, celebrate their unique stories, and find strength in the shared journey of self-expression.
